The ones who would define The Bomb as terrorism were vaporized. If we justified the use of nukes why not drop a few on Ho Chi Mihn and stop the Red Stain? One would think it would have done the trick. Why didn't we use them on Bin Laden when we had him on the run? Push him up into the hills and - WHAMMO! Hirohito called for surrender and, while there were a few holdouts as there are in any war, they surrendered. So the vast majority of the people did what the Emperor said to do. Hiroshima was all about payback. They got it in spades. CC
