$XNG just broke down from a very nice rising channel, so for the short term I don't see it doing very much. And US storage levels are pretty normal right now:

But the long term looks fine, if you go by p&f percentage charts.

As for zinc, I don't follow it at all. For Pd, I'd look at PAL and SWC. PAL looks like it has legs, and SWC's stock price has recovered nicely in spite of severe mismanagement.
