With the rising dollar - and falling foreign currencies - Central Banks will have no need to buy dollars to prevent a rise in their currencies.......Will thus have fewer dollars to invest in US Treasuries................and that would seem to point in the direction of falling - or at least, not rising - TNX/TYX prices...

generally when the dollar gets this much support it is through foreigners buying treasuries

Most all of the buying came in from Japan and China during the selloff.. no one was buying over here, everyone selling.

Is it any wonder? China and Japan will buy as many treasuries as required to keep their exports flowing this direction.
