The only think America did that I'd call terrorism is destroying their god that was a consequence of asking for unconditional surrender. In a culture where their God is more important than life, destroying that God is terrorism.

It was contrary to our 2nd Amendment where America dictated that the Japanese had to give up their religion. America took the place of their God and then created a secular Japanese authority to run Japan.

Was the use of the bomb unlawful? Lazy minds don't check the basics. LOL, even when they are given the tautology hint.

A terrorist is a person who commits terrorism. Gee what is the definition of terrorism.

The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons.

This is America and I speak American.

<<The Japanese already had a cordon around them that would prevent restocking with, for example, petroleum. They already knew they could not win.......>>

I saw a program on battleships the other day. At the end of WWII they were running so short on fuel that they sent one of their biggest battleships out without enough fuel to get home. In a battle to the death it sank with around 7,000 sailors on board.
