yes, 4.75 is where I last refi'd.

rates aren't going to 3.25% on a 15 yr fixed. I won't be refinancing again.

Try asking the difference between stocks and mutual funds. You'll be amazed how many don't know that the "mutual funds" they follow are stocks.

Maybe I run around with a dumber crowd but many have college degrees. It is an amazing selling job Wall Street has pulled off.
