I think we are still in the sweet spot for equities at the moment. Higher rates and it's tougher for the small caps to get funds. Note they have led this whole thing. Hopefully in forty years I'll remember to by them when the fed cuts like crazy. I think if they go up a lot it's bearish, and the only way for them to go down will be on deflation fears so they are stuck for the moment.
