That is a much more apt than making it a First Amendment issue. I do not buy it, though. If I moved to India, I would not object to the Gita being symbolized in one of its courts. It is only reasonable to expect that the dominant culture will tend to have its symbols on display more often. As long as the administration of justice is fair, who cares?
