The labels to which you refer are generally conferred by one enemy upon another. They are not labels which are inherintly descriptive. Under Karl Rove's guidance, the terrorist label is used because it is ambiguous and perjorative. It allows for miltary posturing without a tangible goal, that satisfied his political aims. The enemies, particularly those in Iraq, do have a tangible goal and identifiable foe and so have a great advantage. Junior and Rumsfeld will be reduced to finding ever more belitting words for an ememy they don't understand and therefore cannot defeat. TP
