I am not hung up on anything, I am trying to make a point that the situation is not static if we try to do anything about it, so the danger of recruitment is not much of an issue.

I read you post with interest. The only element missing is that the real goals of the invasion, stealing the oil and doing Israel's bidding, would not be satisfied by the withdrawl of U.S. military terror.
