I am listening, I like what I hear.

1) Positive comments about MSO's. One falls, you will probably get several more.

2) Increased focus on defending IP. Sounds like they are taking first baby steps in that direction.

The thing I don't like is the gross margin dollars for 3rd quarter. What's up with the "rebate" impact?

Uh, yeah. I heard it, they actually cut 2nd half guidnace, but phrased it as increasing the full year through a tightening of the range. Do you have a model?
