The placers maybe have, though I don't see it, intended to bully people walking by the monument, but clearly the judge ordering its removal is bullying those who want it kept.

Point of clarification. I want to make sure you meant exactly what you said. The walkers felt bullied by the placers so they called in the feds who bullied the state placers. In no case were the walkers bullies. If a kid is bullied, he calls his big brother who may bully the bully, but the weaker can never be the bully. That's what bullying is about.

Let me ask you this. There are a couple of little kids who are afraid to walk to school because they feel bullied by the gang of big kids hanging out on a particular street corner acting like they own the world. If that concern is conveyed to the big kids, what should they do?
