The body language on the IP part was pretty strong. They said they were, paraphrase, "looking at" every angle in defending their IP, and that it was a significant part of their strategy. An analyst asked if they were currently doing anything specific with anyone, they said they couldn't comment. But they said they were watching the huge growth in the category, with Tivo IP. All from memory without notes, you might want to listen to the replay.
