You wouldn't have to rate the whole courthouse, just the room or area the content was in. Just the way having one X rated movie in a movieplex doesn't prohibit kids from going to other movies in the same plex. Which I always wonder about, though we don't have a plex theater here so I haven't been in one in a long while, if a kid buys a ticket for movie A how do they know that he doesn't actually go into movie R? Do they check all the tickets at the door of each room?? off topic, I know, but I'm curious.
