I have a couple of dozens of close family members and relatives in Beijing, and NONE of them pay 80% of their medical bill. Some of them still pay NOTHING. and most of them pay 20%. And here in the US, with a good health insurance, a lot of people still have to pay 20%, not to mention the health care in China is much cheaper. People can actually go to a dentist and get a root canal even if have to pay by themselves.

And there are some affordable commercial health insurance to choose from in big cities. Although a lot of young people choose not to have it because they do not get sick often. And in case get some mild disease, they can go to hospital at their own cost. After all, it is much much cheapter comparing to the US standard.

As for the graduates from Fudan, again, those guys just want to stay in Shanghai. Of course, it is hard to get a job, since too many people want to go/stay there.

76% college students this year already signed contract by now, which is pretty good by any standard. after all, this is only August. By the end of the year, most likely >90% would get jobs. Perhaps even in the US, the figure would not be that high.
