Well, my estimate is that it might take another 300 years for the regular murrican citizen, however, try to watch UK, as soon as they have been approved by EU for the EMU, and then might just take a decade or two.

Estimate based partly on those sexy shackles around that french statue, as well as the limited speed ever since that, as well as the century delay for that delivery.

Personally I would suggest starting from more local tribal habits, like single-seat-districts and regular Jerry and Mander, dangling and dimpled (yellow, IBM-60s) chads, (one key word at the very start might be stumbling into such weird things as "proportional representation", regular division, not to forget addition and subtraction, at that point you are, probably, almost halfway up the hill)

A more realistic possibility might be to contact your local (property tax funded) school board and ask them these same questions.
