IMO, Warren Buffett's opinions on taxes don't withstand
critical scrutiny and are nothing more than propaganda
and a salve for his own rich man's guilt.

To compare Nebraska property taxes with California property
taxes and to conclude that Prop 13 is the problem with
CA ignores the extent to which Californians are otherwise
taxed.
