I can tell you what you will find -- in Jan/Feb the HUI was making a high of 150 or so -- it's gone to 190. The SOX has probably made a higher percentage gain over the same time Why stop there -- look at the oppty cost of not owning the internets. I should have allocated just 5% to that garbage -- wouldn't have hurt anything on a risk adjusted basis. It's a learning process, but this isn't the time to be playing around with that garbage. No point in kicking yourself ...I held some of these golds through a big decline until they came back -- was that smart?? of course it wasn't. I could have sold some to rebuy lower -- wouldn't have timed it perfect, but I would be quite a bit better off ... Trading is an art -- live and learn -- live and learn -- figure out what doesn't work consistently and discard -- that is more important than figuring out new things that work. Get a system.
