if they cannot afford to pay wages that enable them to pay prospective employees enough that allows them to buy inflated SV RE <g>, You can't pay me enough to buy SV property either. If you run a biz you have to be heartless with expense. If you can't pay enough to get good help in that location, you need to move that location. The reason you have to do this is that you can assume someone else has sat down and figured out exactly the same thing and that is who you are competing with. When I look at companies I look for those that are heartless with those expense lines. If any of those expense lines are growing at a faster rate than revs, I'm out of there fast.
