Well, not understanding questions nor able of producing answers makes it really difficult to claim to understand anything allthough it is still a possibility within those restrictions. (however, the regular UN rights of human rights covers that too, although not every election, nor healthcare system does it) Pretty much along the lines of one,two, four or five g-s, like <g>, <gg>, <gggg> or <ggggg> Gets more complex with all fingers and toes, like <ggggGGgggg-ggggGGgggg> while still skipping that major member in the middle.
