Hong Kong looks to be in a Wave 4 consolidation. On a longer term basis 4000-7000 looks like it may be the the time to start buying. I realize that this is a pretty big range but we will have to see how it plays out.

I just see all that res at 520. Plus the .618 retrace off of the ATH is at 504. The last move looks like a blow off too but that's just speculation.

I know that there is a fundamental answer to my question and I'm just wondering if it "don't care charts". Sometimes those things happen. Bottom line it's an "is the economy that good?' question. Is this a new bull or not? The small caps seem to think yes. The ATH is at 620.
