This got me to thinking about AMAT comment on the conference call to "wait til 10Q came out" regarding the would be expense for the quarter.

I just checked. 10Q is not filed yet.

But going back to the next best thing (10Q for April ending Quarter) shows the BS calculated expense to be $100 million.

And worse yet, reading further down in regards to EPS calculation using fully diluted shares.... "For the three and six months ended April 27, 2003, options to purchase approximately 173,908,000 and 172,698,000 shares of common stock at an average exercise price of $20.11 and $20.15 were excluded from the computation. " Which probably means that this batch just went into the Fully Diluted Shares for next quarters EPS.

Which is about another $3.5 Billion worth of stock potentially out there?

Wow?!? But who the hell cares cause valuation is out the window.
