don't know about the blue squigly thing, I didn't get it either. It says "raw wca no's" whatever that is.

Here is that Iossif piece I posted to mish earlier. The mclellan thing is pretty interesting. calls for a spike and then a melt if it plays out the same way as 98.

It also has the dpoint rydex ratio chart in it. Seems more or less the same to me, we are at an extreme low bull % no matter how you slice it.
