You have a plan for paying off the 38 bil?
Or do you expect the rest of the country to help?
What do you think your share should be?
Just curious.

Y'know, if Warren Buffett would simply sell his own house to himself in a circular transaction, the state would gladly give him a 2003 tax basis and he could pay a whole lot more in taxes to Orange County. He'd be happy, his admirers would be ecstatic, they could point to him as a political messiah. Sigh. It would be a second coming. They could run him for President.

The Sage of Omaha has proven that the only good Buffett is a Parrothead.
