If you look at the purpose of the judge, and the purpose of the Judge was primarily religious, that will hurt his case. Probably why the Supremes refused to take his case, and let the federal ruling stand. I never said their display AUTOMATICALLY was a violation (and you won't find that in my writing- that's a straw man you made up)- although I don't think courthouses are an appropriate place to display them. In some exhibition space, in a display devoted to many religions, or open to many religions, not a problem at all.
