It will probably take years, as we Americans, generally speaking, are in ignorant bunch that are too wrapped up in our own lives. As advanced nations go, we're probably last when it comes to social awareness.

Yes. It is almost like a group of top officials in the US got together, and brainstormed, then came up with the top way to INCREASE future terrorism, not decrease it. Let's see: (1) Don't get Bin Laden (2) Invade Iraq - another Arab country - that did not attack us. (3) Occupy Iraq. Make sure the people are miserable for months without power and some water - when it is 120 degrees. Keep this up until multiple Iraqis are quoted as saying they lived better under Saddam (some people in the room laughed at this - as they did not think this was possible...) (4) Also - when you go into Iraq - act arrogant toward the rest of the world. If the world sympathized with you - and grieved after 9-11, do your best to alienate them now. Not easy I know - but see if you can! Verbally attack close allies like France and other European countries - by saying that they don't matter and are weak! (5) Have Don Rumsfeld come out - as he did yesterday, and tell complete lies "There is a broad coalition right now." Make the lies so ridicuolous, that even a first grader could tell he was lying. Well - we occupied Saudi Arabia after the first Gulf War, and this led to 9/11. What will this new occupation lead to? God help us (Or the Universe, depending on your beliefs!) !
