Well said Don. I think the reason why a group like ANSWER opposes killing in the name of profit and supports it in the name of a popular political figure like Mumia, is simply for survival. A lot of their support and members come from poor inner-city neighborhoods. Mumia is a political issue, not a justice issue. Another indication of ANSWER's hypocracy in the Mumia case is that they don't take up the case of others on death row who have dubious convictions. For some reason Mumia is more important than a white male who is wrongfully convicted on death row?
