DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Aug 22, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- HTTD/International Foam
Solutions Division (Pink Sheets:HTDS) announces today that it has received a 2nd
order from the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration,
for an SM2200 High Efficiency Food Service Solution Machine for its Operation.
This is the second machine the Okalahoma Operation has ordered and will be used
to recycle the polystyrene waste created from discarded polystyrene foam trays,
cups, and plates used by food service departments at this facility in this area
which produces over 2,000 meals per day.

The IFS division has also shipped an additional order of Styro Solve to the
DuPont's Richmond, VA plant. A visit to the plant is planned for next week.

International Foam Solutions, Inc. (IFS) is the only non-hazardous and
environmentally friendly company with a proven chemical process acceptable to
the US EPA for the disposal and recycling of polystyrene foam waste better known
