There is a historic way to get around Lemon. it does not apply here- it needs long term historic use- something which this judge is not going to be able to cure. I've already said I think the Christian stuff much more appropriate when it is mixed with other imagery from other traditions.

If the court could have suggested a cure it probably would have- but this judge egregiously flouted the law. He makes a poor example to defend, imo.
