I think it's that new greenspeak economic theory, the trickle down productive unemployment ratio. The more money the fed's give companies, the more hiring of additional cheap overseas labor, firing of American workers and slashing prices of goods and services that Americans can no longer afford. It's the old jobless and profitless recovery designed to kill off the middleclass forever.
