LOL, no you don't understand the technology and their definition of precision is not precision. I know the Norden bombsight quite well. The Americans did not bomb one at a time on a target. They flew in a carpet and one lead bomber centered on a center of the target and the carpet was laid down all at the same time. And as centralized industrial targets were destroyed the manufacturing was spread and an entire area would become the manufacturing center. That area would be a city. You do not have the ability to visualize the process. You read words and cannot see the meaning in the physical reality.
