Ted, it's obvious that the Dems are trying much harder to keep California than the GOP. I see much more of a "vast left-wing conspiracy" to keep California than a "GOP power grab." Of course, it's the Dems who are accusing the GOP of the conspiracy, thus once again following the first rule of partisan politics to the letter. Pul-leaze......we get spin out of the WH and D.Ray on daily basis; now you too? <g> Read my lips: a ten year knows that the GOP is doing a power grab. Nothing is surprising any more.
