Jlallen, you still don't get it, do you? Or is it just that you still WON'T get it? It's not about taking the "time to build a decent intel network." It's about the fact that if there is support for what you're doing among the IRAQI POPULATION, there is an AUTOMATIC "intel network." If such support is too minimal, then you will NEVER GET IT, unless something changes. What improvements do you see that allow you to post that the situation "will continue to improve slowly?" What does any of this have to do with TV sitcoms? Did you serve in supply?
