It could be very true, what I remember that at the time I wrote on SI that the EUR is way overvalued and other responded that I do not know what I am writing about.

In any case it seems to me that there is a short term capitulation and to much bullishness toward the the USD.

Even with GDP growth of 3 to 4% I do not see how the issue of the twin deficits amounting to 10% of US GDP will be resolved with the USD at present levels.

I suspect there is a deal with China regarding their trade surplus and I am a bit clue less as were Japan is heading,..... may be after over 15 years of rolling recession a new generation is starting to take over and demographics will bring the bull back to Japan
