That's all secondary meaningless at this point. Arab's don't know how to build or teach. Give the Iraqis the training and the Arab's will beat a path to them to learn.

In reality the Arabs are all nations first, second and third and muslims oh yeah. The ignorant are controled from the top down. Create a democracy with hope and with the resources of Iraq and it's a new ball game.

Islam in the Middle east is a means of secular control in reality.
