"...I am bummed out over the prospect of harming a mouse that couldn't be more than two inches long and doesn't seem at all afraid of me so I shall defer final assessment."

Allow me to help. Rodents carry mites, ticks and fleas. These parasites can jump off and infect other mammals with such fun stuff as the bubonic plague (common around here). Their feces may be left in hidden nooks and crannies and attract even more unsavory guests into your homes. Not to mention that it gets left behind in the food they share with you.

Smush the monstrous bugger....

You are welcome.

Boy, you had best watch out for PETA members.

First the squirrel.

Now you're after some poor little mice.

We'll just hzve to christen you Killer Karen.
