Do you think you will get someone to agree to deflate their house price? Wait, they said prop 13 had no effect on their bubblicious house price, shame on me.

Your part of the very problem you harp about Lizzie. Your not one of the "regular" people you spoke about. Your simply an empty can, they always rattle the loudest. Explanations have come aplenty you just refuse to accept the answers. There is no placating you. Your industry is heading for the dumper and it's everyone's fault but the industry itself. It's all about you. The old, the property investor, those that didn't move out so you and yours could take. It's their fault your two one million dollar homes are no longer worth what you paid. Plus the loss of your stock options came about because no one would die fast enough so you could fill your employment needs with fresh meat.
Take my advise pay off those homes or sell now. Find another industry or just move yourself with the industry. Follow the money because there's little reason for it to return to S.V after it's left.
