Well, even I think he's scary.

He is SO certain that he is right and allthe other courts, including eight justices of his own Supreme Court, are wrong. He has no consideration that maybe he's overdoing it. If he were a monk or a bishop, that might be a virtue. In a judge, I find it scary.

Plus, he seems to have no ability to understand the legitimate (even if ultimately not legally correct) concerns of others. That, too, in a judge is scary.

He may be right that he didn't violate anybody's Constitutional rights. Under a strict reading of the Constition, he isn't. But the way he is going about it IS scary to me as a lawyer considering what I think are the qualities appellate judges should have.
