Thanks for taking a look at PRTN. I recognize the negatives you cited. The next milestone (and perhaps rewrite of the Navy contract is due this Q. While their rev's did decline they lost less money last Q than the prior. There was net 1.5 million shares bought by insitutions last report of June. That may have been related to the div. pay out. The Div. is an oddity I agree. My take on it is that they bought Northern for stock and cash...interestingly they then paid a div. to share holders (northern)! Sweet deal for northern since they are private company. Insiders don't own enough shares to make me think that there was anything sinister going on other than sweeting the deal to northern.

Funding wise they are tied to your state cofers for some time with offsets for making certain steps in development and sales.

TA wise the stock is about where it was before the div. (on an ajusted basis. so that event (imo) should not be counted into the analysis. Using the adjusted analysis the stock has closed the week above it 50dMA and has been supported at the 10dEMA over the last week (now improved from 2.26 when I first bought the stock. Technically, if the 10dEMA can cross over the 50dMA at 2.35 then the 200dMA is doable at about 2.80ish. Longer term stronger resistance is (of course) at the horizontal channel of 3.00.

CONGRATS to Max!!! both on his newly attained "freedom" and his birthday. Trust me amigo he will be home soon, tears in his eyes becrying his homesickness. That will turn to utter betrayal (in your eyes) within the next 3 months (you will wonder if you ever even knew this guy before you) Keep a tight rein on him and MAKE him answer to you!!!!!! I know Max is a good young man, but the bright lights and new "friends" are a strong mix to overcome. Keep the line tight, threaten often and give him a lot of hugs to let him know that you and Karen are his only lifeline....not the new friends!!!!

I'll call you tomorrow evening.

Ken

Sergio,

Our sons share the 23rd as birthdays. I am just starting the teen years and you are just starting the college years. I can wait. LOL. Now just don't think about all the things you did in college and you should be able to get through the next 6-7 years. I am sure he will want to get several degrees. In fact why would anyone ever want to leave college?
