Why are Ken Lay and his team members still running free...? Don't tell me because its due to a lack of evidence...It's a lack of motivation and resources to really go after one of the biggest crooks this nation has seen in the last century. He knows TOO MUCH about Bush and Lay won't be prosecuted until we see a regime change in Washington....JMO.
