i see. so it's a violation unless the violatee responds. then it's not a violation and the post is fine. you're a genius, bob! I did not say that. I said the post was a violation. Show me where I said it wasn't! My choice was to suspend both of you or suspend neither of you. I opted for the latter. You didn't simply "respond". You responded with a violation. Why are you unable to grasp that that's a bad thing? Most others seem to understand that if they're going to complain about a violation, they shouldn't put their own violation in such close proximity to it. You've been around long enough to know things like that.
