GST, I object to a policy-oriented thread being used to spread deceptive assertions Fair enough, but I never asserted that the UN approved. What I object to is the hundred time a day postings of a few saying Unilateral, liar, immoral, Vietnam, bogged down. Thats not a discussion - thats venting. And back to nomenclature - saying the CPA is operating under UN authority and rules (which it is), does not in any way imply that the UN approved of its reason to exist. UN monitoring of the CPA is one of the UN missions in Iraq. That might be a more correct and less offensive way to get your point across. John
