Lets see where we are by Christmas. I don't think it is over until Iran, Syria, Hezbollah and Hamas are dealt with. The actions now in Iraq still fall under mop-up in my estimation. There is no organized resistance... just disgruntled losers. We are getting increased support from the Germans. The Germans are increasing the size of their Special Forces from 450 to 1,000. They just introduced a bill to continue to support us in Afghanistan through December 2004. de.news.yahoo.com In separate stories: The Germans are providing several thousand troops to guard our bases and facilities in Germany. They are going to open a second base in Afghanistan.
