Speaking of recess nominations, expect judicial ones on the first recess of the Senate in 2004. The issue of the Democrats corrupting the judicial process is a winning one for the Republicans in 2004, and will be kept front-and-center. It keeps sour-pusses like Gary Bauer from talking the Christian Coalition into sitting on their hands. The Christians don't fabricate votes, and are actually able to READ the ballots when they turn out. And their numbers will neutralize the Campaign of a Billion Cigarettes-version 2004...
