And you think you're going to make your state's situation any better by splitting up the "majority vote" among a circus-character list of candidates and by dumping your governor?

You guys elected him. You've now got to choose his replacement. The only reason people elsewhere are paying attention to this charade is that western winds tend to blow east.

It's sad that business will be a minority, or that new buyers will be a minority in your state. But that's exactly what you folks are buying into.

Meanwhile, it's hard not to *GET* your claim that CA is the originator of representative democracy in this country. That was pretty plain-speaking on your part. Attempts to edit it still result in a conclusion that any semblance of majority "rule" in your state has little chance of emerging. Plenty of individuals and groups will be unhappy, no matter what the outcome of any new election.
