The closest they got to a new production product since 1995 is the mask making tool that failed one beta test site and was terminated. The LTP tool has been promised for a long time, and about the time of the mask tool failure, they sold the IP rights of the LTP work to AMAT. I wonder why they haven't been doing mix and match all this time on 200mm. Certainly, the roadmap has been and is moving away from them, and it is hard to believe that they will just hop on at 300mm and 60nm. Everything is possible, but this is supposed to be investing, not gambling.
