/edit. Oh yes. About digging the trench to put the cables in. Get the unemployed to do it with pick axes, shovels and barrows! If we are all going to be part of China, may as well get used to their way of doing stuff...besides it would save on excercise equipment. That's another saving for the NBS to "calculate" -lol-
