Yes, and more and more finns are following CSPAN.

That includes journalists and TV-producers, as one of the funnier things is that CSPAN has something like a Linux-GNU-copyright thing on their production (that is also one reson why more and more Los Lollywood movies attempting some serious attempts have something about someone watching CSPAN)

However, to follow CSPAN takes some "steel pants" as the founder Brian Lamb has said, additionally it takes some pooling of the pants by those who have the possibilities (and the space on the hard disk, although that takes some additional skills)

This might light a partial torch into the US media?? Although produced in a very good, up-beat manner, even respectful as the magic of CSPAN is.
