Many, but just the addition of ad blocking, mail safe, and cookie control were appealing to me. I also like the ability to customize, and the automatic cache cleaner. I am not much of a techie, and found the program to be very effective while simple to comprehend and use. Adjust your settings and it intuitively does its work without much user reaction required.
