Vice President Dick Cheney: When asked about his avoidance of military service, he blithely replied that he had "other priorities" in the '60s -- referring to his marriage and college deferments.

Attorney General John Ashcroft: No military service.

Defense Policy Board member Richard Perle and Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz: No military service.

Howling for war and decrying antiwar activists: Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert, R-Ill.; Sen. Trent Lott, R-Miss.; House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, R-Texas; former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich; radio commentator Rush Limbaugh. No military service. No military service. No military service. No military service. No military service.

You've ruined my day. I am going to be sick

To blithely send people into war as they have done, you either have to be indifferent to other people and their suffering, and/or never experienced war personally. Most of the above guys are both. That's what makes them such wonderful people.

When it fully sinks in to the heads of American people that these guys sent our troops into a war for very little reason, there will be a price to be paid. Most Americans still believe there was good reason for going into Iraq. The Brits know better and that's why Blair is in a world of hurt right now. Bush's turn will come!
