Yes....deficit spending is a natural consequence of war....nothing new and nothing to be feared....once the economy recovers from the Clinton/Gore recession, that will be the time to address the deficits....

The American government should increase spending only when the genius leadership of PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH believes it is the best thing to do.

And who cares what any ROE ignoramus thinks anyway. If a person don't understand ROE and think it's some physics property that person is simply to stupid for words and are not capable of having an intelligent opinion on economic matters.
